Hi everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know where I’ve been since I’ve been so quiet for so long. I am still open and taking clients, I’ve just been going through a very rough bout of burnout for about a year now and haven’t had the energy to get out there and advertise and shoot. I still love photography and have a passion for it, it’s just sometimes we lose the motivation for it. I am still working on the rebrand and my new website, just at my own pace. I’m looking forward to shoots in the future, and I’ve sure missed everyone. Stay tuned!

First in-home photo session ✅
This was also my first time breaking out the old lighting equipment at a shoot in probably six years, so needless to say this was a fun little afternoon playing around with different looks. And as always, the dogs made things even more fun!

Just a little fun backstory behind this photo, this session was supposed to just be headshots, however a crazy chain of events occurred causing not only a last-second, day-of location change, but also weird lighting situations, battling an insane pollen count, and trying to stay out of the way of college students as well as weekend traffic downtown. It definitely wasn't easy, but since Chris and I have been such close friends for a little over a decade, we managed to find this whole thing fun between takes by experimenting with different looks! So enjoy this photo that wasn’t originally supposed to even make it off the SD card.
