I know I’ve said it before, but there is NO greater compliment for a portrait photographer, than a family that invites you back, year after year, to capture their love and document their lives. It means more than anything else. I do not take that action lightly. I know it’s an honor and I am humbled every year when clients hire me.

I’ve been working with the Hake Family for MANY years. When they were a family of 4! I’ve grown with them and documented every stage. I couldn’t love every session we’ve created together more!

This year was HOT; but it is my favorite one so far! ❤️❤️

For the last 3-4 years I stopped posting on the weekends. Trying to have a bit of work-life balance! But I just couldn’t wait to get a few shots up of Abe!

As you’ve noticed I’ve been heavy on the boy sessions lately, but Abe has topped the list with the most definitive personal style. I could not have been more inspired! He is just the coolest kid I’ve worked with in ages.

Not only that but I’ve been photographing this handsome guy for MANY, MANY years. He’s grown into such an awesome kid and is insanely smart. He has big dreams and aspirations and I can’t wait to watch him succeed!

Had a great time with another baseball guy last night! It was a gorgeous evening, with great light, a photogenic young man, and lots of stops around town!

We finished off with some fun at our our home away from home, Tom Pile Field!

It finally cooled off! Yay!!!!!

I met Patrick this week in Forest Park for his senior session and it was a gorgeous, comfortable evening! Which was welcomed by me in a major way. He was such a dream to work with! He’s a regular around the stage and it showed in his session. He was confident in front of the camera; a complete natural!
