Lately, I’ve been a little quiet on here, even making this post was something I spent a couple of days considering before actually doing it—but I want you to know that behind the scenes, I am still working, still creating, and truly enjoying every moment of it.

Stepping away from social media—and what the world calls “marketing”—felt scary at first. But it was also a step of faith. I felt a tug from the Lord to step away from posting on my personal page, and I never expected that to carry over into my business as well. Yet, little by little, I found myself walking in faith, away from posting altogether.

And in that obedience, the Lord has been so faithful.

These steps have led to abundant blessings in both my business and my personal life—steady and consistent sessions, more intentional time in my home, space to grow in my skills, and a deeper closeness with Him. I’ve also been given the clarity to notice small, yet incredibly meaningful blessings in this sweet and fleeting season of parenthood.

Because of that, I won’t be rushing back into regular posting. I’ll still pop in from time to time when I feel led, just to remind you that I’m still here.

In the meantime, here are some sweet moments from recent sessions that I’ve been so honored to capture. Without the distraction of social media engagement, I’ve found so much joy in giving each client my full attention—both during their session and in the care I take while editing. I’m constantly learning, growing, and refining my craft so I can serve you even better.

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31

Thank you for being here, and for continuing to trust me with your moments. 🤍

This session was extra special.
Photographing friends is always such a gift, but capturing this season for these two—just days before their baby girl arrives—was so sweet.

I was so lucky to be able to photograph their wedding, and now watching the joy, excitement, and tenderness between them in this season was such a reminder of how faithful God is. This little girl has already been prayed for over and over, and knowing she’s almost here feels like the biggest blessing. Psalm 127:3 has been on my heart all evening: “Children are a gift from the Lord.” And she truly is.

We are so thankful she’s coming, and so grateful for the incredible parents she’s being given. These two are the kind of friends everyone hopes for, and celebrating this chapter with them means so much to us! ♥️
