It's about meeting the wide-eyed, shy child and playing peek-a-boo to coax her out from behind daddy's legs; It's earning that contagious smile by joining in a game of tag with my client's rambunctious little boy; It's making silly noises I didn't know I could to hear giggles erupt from the formerly distracted, sweet little tyke; It's watching birthday cake smashes that end with blue icing through
my hair; It's the ear-to-ear, genuine grins brought on by revealing the candy stash... Even more so, it's the flow of love I can feel between family members on set; the romance burning in the eyes of a newly engaged couple; the shining tears that roll as two souls promise forever to one another... I am a photographer because I believe the memories we make are all we really have in life, and the only tangible return ticket we have to those memories is the still image that was taken in that moment, capturing those emotions and events when they were pure and alive. I want to be that photographer who snaps a photo that makes my client say, "Oh my gosh, I didn't know you got that! I want to help catch those important moments without stopping them to recreate the perfect shot. I want to witness your perfect shots and give you outside eyes to the beautiful view that your life is.
