om a young age, she was attracted to all kinds of creative pursuits. "I feel completely called to create - it's almost like I don't have a choice", says Lauren. Her passion for the arts is so evident, as everything she shares has her authentic stamp on it. Lauren is a recent graduate of Algonquin Regional High School, and has no intention of slowing down - in fact, she finds herself creating more art and music than ever! Her fresh and modern original musical style has elements of the great folk songwriters as well as the classic R&B greats. Lauren shares, "I have been deeply influenced by singers like Ashe, Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, and I feel inspired by a lot of pop/edm music. I love some older classics too though, like Imagine by John Lennon." Just in this past year, her prolific songwriting has turned into an impressive catalog that would take years for even the most disciplined writer to compile. "Lauren captivates you with her presence as she performs. She is so completely invested in the moment that the listener believes every lyric as their own truth. What a gift!"
