Hey, this is one for my foodie friends. I got a tip from Rick Kent about braising a roast. But with a frozen one it doesn’t seem to work. All I got was a spatter that covered my stove to. Anybody body know how to cook a frozen beef roast? I got out the “insta pot” but not sure how to use it. Please don’t suggest looking at the cooking book I seem to have lost it in one of my moves. Anybody got a suggestion?
