-Important Policy Update-
As a photographer who works with children and families, I am making several updates to my photography policies moving forward.
Due to recent developments involving federal court rulings concerning AI-generated CSAM and First Amendment protections, I believe it is important to provide my clients with additional privacy options and greater control over how their images are handled.
Effective immediately:
• Clients will have the opportunity to opt out of having specific images shared publicly. Any images a client does not want shared can be discussed when the final photos are delivered.
• I will also offer the option to blur the faces of individuals in photographs, including both children and adults, when requested.
• These options are intended to give my clients additional control and peace of mind regarding the privacy and use of their photographs.
My updated photography contract will reflect these changes and clearly outline the available options.
