I’ve been sitting on these photos and I figured it’s time to share them. One of the coolest nature experiences of my life happened on our last day in when we pulled over to watch the sunset.
We noticed a crew of people had pulled over with a pair of binoculars and they were looking at a group of Buffalo. The one woman told us there was a Buffalo giving birth, so I ran to my car and grabbed my telephoto lens and thank god I had it because I was able to document the very end! I didn’t have my tripod, so this was shot all handheld at the longest range possible from about 70 yards away.
What an incredible moment. I couldn’t help but to feel so lucky to be in the right place at the right time to witness such a beautiful & sort of gross part of nature. A moment I will never forget 💛🦬💛
