In addition to his studio portraits, we took Hank outside to capture him in his full element — happy, free, and surrounded by love and his favorite toys. You’d never guess from these moments that he’s quietly facing a tough battle with cancer. I’m so thankful I had the honor of capturing these memories for Hank and his family. 🩶

Meet Hank ❤️ This sweet boy was adopted from the pound by his loving parents, who wanted nothing more than to give him the happy, safe life he deserved. From the very first day, Hank has filled their lives with love, joy, and endless tail wags—brightening every single moment together.

Recently, Hank was diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma. His family fought for him with everything they had, but they’ve since received the heartbreaking news that the cancer has spread to his lungs. Now, they are cherishing every precious moment in the 1–3 months they have left.

I’m so grateful I had the chance to meet Hank, capture his gentle soul, and give his family memories they can hold onto forever. 🐾

Drum roll, please... 🥁

These are my two entries for the Fine Arts – Professional Photography category at the Canfield Fair this year! Picking just two was ruff (because let’s be honest — every pup is a star 🐶✨), but Angel and Cara stole the spotlight.

Excited to share them with the community and see all the incredible talent on exhibit this year — here’s hoping the judges love them as much as I do!

Angel’s got her name on a Coke and a smile to match. 🐩🥤💨 (That windblown look is giving cover girl.)

In recent news, Coca-Cola is making a big switch—moving away from high-fructose corn syrup to real cane sugar, thanks to new policy changes under Trump.

While that’s definitely a shake-up, I’ll be honest… I personally try to avoid added sugar altogether. If you’re curious why, the book Sugar Blues is a fascinating read.

But hey, Angel’s not drinking it—she’s just here to smile, sparkle, and remind us to stay curious about what we’re consuming.
