Hi, I’m Liz. I’m the face behind the camera. I’ve had this page for a while and I thought it might be time to introduce myself for those who don’t know me. I’m a Park Ranger. I’m a dog/cat/chicken mom. I’m a proud aunt. I am surrounded by the best people: my family, my boyfriend, my friends. I am grateful every day.
Dave Matthews said it best: “don’t burn the day away”. To me, that’s exactly what photography is about. I’m all too familiar with how fragile life is and how time flies. Photography gives me a way to be grounded and remain in the present moment. It allows me to slow down, to capture bits and pieces of the world exactly as they are at that time. It allows me to express myself. It helps me appreciate what’s around me. It also shows you all how the world looks through my eyes (or lens I guess, lol).
