i have a deep love for my job and the people who’s lives and moments i’m capturing. but i’ll go anywhere! Hi, it’s Micah, ya know, the chick behind the camera lol. About 6 years ago I picked up a camera for the first time and, as they say, the rest is history. What started out as a hobby for a girl in SE Oklahoma, quickly turned into something so much more. Photography has become a huge part of my

life over the last few years and I couldn’t image my life without it, honestly. I have so much passion and admiration for this industry, and the people that I get to meet because of it. I can truly say that each client that I have has become a friend, and that’s all I could ever hope for. If that 17 year old high-school senior could see herself now…she’d be shocked, and filled with love and joy. over the last 6 years i’ve watched this little hobby of mine turn into a little business. As it has grown, so have i and my love for it. I’ve learned a lot, i’ve laughed a lot, i’ve cried a lot, there’s been ups, downs, good days, bad days, and lots of in between. but the one thing that keeps me going is my love for not only what i do but for you…the people who keep this dream of mine going, the people who love my work just as much as i love the work i’m doing. i take to heart the fact that those little SD cards that i hold in my hand have memories and moments that you may never get to have again or moments that only come once in a lifetime. like your grandmothers hug, your dad the moment he sees his baby girl in her wedding dress, your newborns first few days in the world, or the day the love of your life “popped the question”. i love capturing these moments in life. i love what i do. and i love you. this business is my baby, it means so much to me. from the outside looking in this may just look like my job but it’s not, it’s my passion, my creative outlet, my stress reliever, and my first love. with each photo i take, each photo i edit, each gallery i send out, my heart and my love for what i do grows. this is something i will never get tired of. it’s become a part of who i am, and i wouldn’t trade one single sleepless night editing for anything else. i have a deep love for “my job” and for the people who’s lives and moments i’m capturing. Shout out to mom + dad for buying me that camera 5 years ago. i owe you big time

i’ve had the privilege of photographing so many of my friends’ weddings over the years, and somehow it never loses its magic. if anything, it just means more every time. being trusted with moments like this—by people who have known me long before i ever picked up a camera—is something i’ll never take lightly.

hey friends🤎 i wanted to hop on here and share a little update with y’all.

over the past 6 years, my business has grown in ways i never could have imagined. i’ve learned so much, poured my heart into every session, and really found my style and the experience i want to give each of you. but more than anything, it’s been the incredible people in front of my camera that have made this what it is. the relationships i’ve built with so many of you mean more to me than i can put into words, and getting to be a small part of your lives and your stories is something i’ll never take for granted. as i’ve grown, i’ve found myself wanting to give more and more to you—the people who have supported me and kept this dream going. i’ve also come to understand just how much goes into what i do behind the scenes, and this is something i’ve been thinking about and going back and forth on for a long time.

after a lot of thought, research, and a whole lot of praying, i’ve decided to update my pricing moving forward. i’ve really tried to land on something that feels fair across the board—where i can continue to grow and serve you well, while still giving you an experience that’s worth every bit of it.

and it’s not just a price change—I’ve really poured my heart into reworking my packages so they feel more intentional and meaningful for you. every detail was thought through with so much care, because i truly want you to walk away with something you love and an experience that feels just as special as the moments we’re capturing together. more intention, more value, and more of the experience that i care so much about giving each of you.

if i’m being honest, this has been a really hard step for me. i’ve always wanted to keep things as accessible as possible, because the last thing i ever want is for price to feel like a barrier between me and the people i get to work with. but i also know how much of my heart, time, and energy goes into every single session and wedding i take on, and i’m slowly learning that it’s okay to honor that too.

i am so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who has supported me, trusted me, and allowed me to be a part of your lives in such special moments. it truly means more to me than you know. your love and support is something i will never take for granted.

and if you’ve been thinking about booking, i’d still love to work with you and be a part of your moments. that part will always stay the same.
