I'm a Native Oklahoman, born and raised, living an adventurous life with my amazing husband, Logan and our son, Ezra. One of the things I hear most before a family session is…

“I’m so worried my toddler won’t cooperate.”

But the truth is, I don’t expect little ones to stand still and smile perfectly. I want them to run, laugh, cling to mom, ask to be held by dad, explore, and just be exactly who they are in this season of life.

If that means we’re chasing tiny feet through a field, throwing them up in the air for giggles, or taking breaks for cuddles, that’s what we’ll do. Some of the sweetest images come from those in-between moments that you could never pose.

Years from now, I don’t want you to remember the stress of trying to get everyone looking at the camera. I want you to remember the joy, the laughter, and the way your little one fit perfectly in your arms while you waited for the newest member of your family.

This beautiful family has trusted me with so many of their milestones, and as one of my Collective members, I’ve had the honor of documenting this chapter as they prepared to welcome their second baby girl. I can’t believe I’m just now sharing their maternity session, and I cannot wait to show you their newborn images soon.

So many sweet and precious babies lately. ⁠

It’s been a busy past few months of shoots and weddings along with so many personal life things going on! I’ve been pretty MIA on social media because life is crazy and momma needs at least a few hours of sleep each night, but I have SO many moments to share with you all soon! ⁠

In the meantime, enjoy the adorable Rice Family and their third baby, Jonathan! I adore this family and am so excited for them!

Six-month milestone sessions will forever have my heart 🤍⁠

Sweet Ava is one of my collective babies, which means I’ve had the joy of photographing her story from the very beginning — from her tiny newborn days to this smiley, giggly six-month season. Watching these little personalities bloom in just a few short months is a joy to see. ⁠
⁠
And honestly? Six months is SUCH a magical age to document. Babies are full of laughter, chunky rolls, bright eyes, and the sweetest little expressions. They’re sitting up, showing off tummy time, and giving us all those adorable giggles — but they’re not quite on the move yet, which makes this stage so relaxed and fun to photograph.⁠

There’s such a beautiful contrast between newborn photos and six-month milestones. The tiny sleepy baby you once held is suddenly full of curiosity, sparkle, and personality, and preserving those little details before crawling and walking begin is so incredibly special.⁠

Ava absolutely brought the smiles for this session, and I already can’t wait to see how much she’s grown by her one-year session 🥹

Being your mom is the greatest gift. I look at the three of you and see so much joy, so much life, so much purpose wrapped up in tiny hands, loud laughter, muddy shoes, and endless hugs. And while the days can feel long and messy and exhausting at times, I know deep in my heart that these years are sacred.⁠
⁠
Raising boys is such a privilege. A beautiful responsibility. One I do not take lightly. Every day, I pray that we are raising men who love Jesus first. Men who are kind, strong, humble, faithful, and full of compassion. Men who value family, lead with love, and serve others well. Men who know the importance of integrity, gentleness, and faith even when the world tells them otherwise.⁠
⁠
I hope one day you remember that your home was filled with love. That your mama cheered loudly for you, held you close, prayed endlessly over you, and pointed you back to Jesus through every season.⁠
⁠
You three have shaped me just as much as I am shaping you. You’ve taught me patience, sacrifice, grace, and what unconditional love truly looks like. You have made my life fuller, sweeter, louder, and infinitely more meaningful.⁠

And while I know I won’t get every moment right, I promise you this: I will spend my life trying my best to love you well.⁠

There’s something incredibly special about being invited back into a family’s story. Getting to photograph this sweet family again—this time welcoming baby Ivy into their world—felt like such a full circle moment. Documenting their first daughter’s milestone and now witnessing them become a family of four, in the comfort of their own home, is exactly why I love what I do.⁠

This past week alone, I had the honor of photographing four newborns—four completely different families, stories, and moments. And every single one reminded me just how fleeting and sacred those first few days truly are. The tiny details, the way they curl into you, the quiet in-between moments… they change so quickly.⁠

There is no place more meaningful to capture that than right where your life is unfolding—your home. These in-home sessions are honest, emotional, and beautifully personal. Some of my absolute favorite galleries come from these spaces filled with love and real life.⁠
