What's the point of feeling segsy? (Yes I spelled it wrong, for the algorithm of course)

It's more than just the photos or lingerie, it's about how you feel after.

It means feeling alive, feeling connected to your femininity, feeling playful and powerful, feeling desirable, feeling comfortable being seen, feeling like YOU again, and feeling like your body isn't something you need to apologize for.

That's the point, it's sooo much more than just the pictures. I can help you feel these things! I'm ready, are you??

Honestly, do you suck it in when you take a photo?? Yes or no or maybe sometimes??

I had a client recently who told me when we were walking to her car after her session that this was the first time that she didn't suck it in when she took a photo.

That really has stuck with me, for the first time in as long as she could remember she didn't suck in her stomach when she took a picture, she just was.

No trying to change her body and appear smaller, without even realizing it she didn't need to suck it in, because in the experience she wasn't worried about how her stomach looked, she wasn't self-conscious, she wasn't embarrassed by her body. She just was, and that was perfect!

THAT is why I do what I do, and why I am so passionate about it!! I want that for you beauty!!!!

Good morning!! Remember you are worth it too, we as women, wife, mom's, bosses, friends, we do sooo much for everyone but you deserve the same care you give everyone else!!

Be sure to do something for yourself today, go get that coffee, take the elevator instead of the stairs, take the long way home to get 5 more minutes of singing in the car. Whatever brings you a sliver of joy, do it!!

For me it's going for my morning walks, watching the sunrise, listening to the animals, listening to my podcast, it's something I do for myself that brings me so much joy!

Let's talk about this elephant in the room, what she said is a VALID concern for SO Many women!! You see all these hot and sexy poses but you're worried they aren't for your body type. That's ok, don't worry beauty, I got you!!

This gorgeous bride to be did a session before and she hated the experience, and she shared with me that because of that experience it caused her to hide her body and shut down. THAT BROKE MY HEART TO HEAR!!!!

Which is why I work so extensively with ALL of my ladies, plus size, mid size, smaller size, NO MATTER WHAT SIZE YOU ARE, I am here to help you feel and look AMAZING!!

After her session, she shared with me that she actually feels good enough now about her body to actually wear clothes that don't hide her body as much. And she said soo much more, but I will share that later, but you get the jist of it!!

I am here for you beautiful!!!! Let's make magic together!!!

I wanted to share this post I made this morning on my personal page because it has stuck with me all day and I can't stop thinking about it! ✨

Since I was 9 years old I knew I wanted to help others, and although it's evolved in different ways that I could help people. I was always destined to be where I am and to do what I am doing.

And I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have trusted me who have given me the opportunity to help and make a difference in your life!! 💖

I posted a live on my regular business page on Friday after I finished my session because I truly felt like I made such a huge impact on her life, so much so it's bringing me to tears as I am writing this. 🥹

I feel so thankful and blessed to be able to be doing what I'm doing!! Now, ladies I need your help with my mission by letting me help you!! Who's next???

I am so excited to share this beautie's Senior pictures, she had a vision and I am so glad I was able to help her see it come to life!!

The beach is always a favorite location for Senior pictures, from the dunes to the stairs, the rocks, ad of course the water, there's so many beautiful places for us to use!!
