西藏阿里：公廁前的霓虹銀河
在西藏神山腳下的深夜，本是一場尋常的如廁，卻撞見了此生最清澈的星空。即便海拔寒氣逼人，隔日還要轉山，我仍毫不猶豫地拿著三腳架衝進冷冽的夜色中。拍攝的地點就在公廁旁，鼻尖縈繞著尿騷味，眼前的銀河卻亮得像裝上了霓虹燈，在浩瀚的蒼穹中不停閃爍。那一刻，感官的落差如此奇妙——最卑微的氣味與最神聖的光芒，同時並存於這片靜謐的荒野。

Ngari, Tibet: Milky Way Above A Public Toilet
At the foot of a sacred mountain in Tibet, I stepped outside late at night for a bathroom break. Looking up, I found the clearest night sky of my life.
I grabbed my tripod and rushed into the night. No thought was spared for the high altitude, the biting cold, or that I should be resting for a long pilgrimage ahead.
I set up my tripod right next to the public toilet. The smell was sharp and unavoidable. Above me, the Milky Way blazed so brightly it looked almost artificial, like a neon strip lighting up the sky.
The earthy smells of mundane human existence, and the sacred resplendence of heavenly bodies. Capturing both in the same timeframe was surreal.

One needs to ride a modified cargo truck across barren sands to reach this remote corner of Uruguay. Only a handful of families live here. Some are fishermen whose families have worked these waters for generations. Others are hippies who have stepped away from the world, growing cannabis in their backyards and living quietly off the grid.

The locals have just two fishing boats, both named “La Juanita”. They are the residents’ only link to the sea and sole means of survival. Life here runs on barter and self-sufficiency, much like the hidden world in the film “The Beach”.

When night falls, the Milky Way stretches across the sky above the rusted boats. The starry skies are pristine. Here, the worries and ambitions of the outside world feel unreal. Only the sound of the waves and the light of the cosmos overhead feel everlasting and true.

After so many years of chasing the stars, I have learned how to converse with myself under the stars. I have learned how to make peace with my confused past.

The ancients studied the stars to understand the world. I study them to find my place in the world. The night sky has taught me this: no matter how the world changes, life should be lived with your head held high.

From a failed business to years of astrophotography across remote landscapes, this is a quiet reflection on patience, and finding clarity under the stars.

In the early autumn of 2024, after finishing our long trek along the Kumano Kodo, we said our goodbyes to the group in Osaka and set off alone. Our destination was Koyasan, the hallowed ground of the Shingon sect and the spiritual seat of Kobo Daishi (Kukai).

For me, this wasn't just a detour; it was a return to the source. As a practitioner of the Vajrayana (Diamond Vehicle), I was driven by a deep curiosity: how has the Tomi (Eastern Esotericism) brought back from China in 804 AD evolved after twelve centuries of independent cultivation on Japanese soil?

广岛原爆点——历史的火种与人性的镜子

1945年8月6日早晨，天空湛蓝，孩子们正走在上学的路上。8时15分，一道白光划破天际，“小男孩”在广岛上空爆炸。那一瞬间，城市化为焦土，生命被蒸发。热浪席卷街巷，河水里漂满了人影。到年底，超过十四万人死去——他们的名字，如今都被刻在和平纪念碑上。

为什么是广岛？
因为这里有日本陆军第二总军，是通信与后勤的枢纽，更因为——它此前未被轰炸过，成为美军衡量原子弹威力的“理想实验场”。战争的逻辑冷酷得令人发抖。

而今，伫立在废墟旁的原爆圆顶，仍默默凝视着流经城市的太田川。它没有倒下，只是风化，像是在提醒人类：科技的进步若失去怜悯，终将毁灭自己。

和平并非理所当然，它是痛苦与忏悔之后的呼唤。
愿世人都记得那一刻的光，不是为了仇恨，而是为了再也不要重来。

这座看似宁静的岛屿，曾被从地图上抹去。
上世纪，这里暗中制造出超过6000吨毒气——
芥子气、路易氏剂……
无声地吞噬了无数生命。
许多工人终生带着化学灼伤的痛苦，
许多动物成为实验的牺牲品。

如今，岛上遍布可爱的兔子，
似乎在替这片土地疗愈伤口。
但风声中仍藏着往昔的回音，
提醒人类：科技与权力，一旦失去良知，
便能化为最恐怖的武器。

愿我们记住这段历史，
不是为了仇恨，
而是为了不再重演。
世界不需要更多的战争实验室，
只需要更多懂得温柔与和平的人。

当世界的风向再次吹向民族主义，
仍有清醒的灵魂选择站出来。
他们不仅反对以色列对巴勒斯坦的屠杀，
也提醒日本人，莫忘南京的血与泪，莫忘冲绳的悲鸣。

历史的伤口，不该被选择性遗忘。
在几乎绝望的时刻，
至少还有人愿意，为真相与记忆发声——
那是人性最后的温度。
