BVI represented twice in one BIG night! While many persons were locked in and watching history being made and culture being represented at Super Bowl LX on Sunday, another set of us were tuning into Puppy Bowl XXII, a Discovery + show on Animal Planet.
Why is this post-worthy? Well, because...Little Miss Coco, the pup that won the Krypto Superhero Play Award, flew all the way from the BVI to represent us and the Humane Society of the BVI at Puppy Bowl XXII.
But why are we even more proud of this moment? Well, Mr. Dame Peters, our Owner and Creative Director, functioned as a Director of Photography for the BVI segment of the show (BVI segment shows in this video clip), filming Miss Coco here in the BVI for her big TV debut.
Working with the Showrunner/Director of the show, Veejay, and the team at the Humane Society of the BVI, as well as the teams at Puppy Bowl, was a great experience, and we are happy to see our work on the big screen and Miss Coco getting her moment in the spotlight.
The show is such a great platform for promoting pet adoption and for getting so many awesome pups to great homes. Keep up the great work Puppy Bowl! The BVI flag flew at Super Bowl LX, and Miss Coco represented us well at Puppy Bowl XXII.
