𝐏𝐡𝐨̂́𝐢 𝐜𝐚̉𝐧𝐡 𝐇𝐇 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 | Living & Dining Space
Tại HH Villa, ngôn ngữ kiến trúc và nội thất được dẫn dắt bởi những đường cong mềm mại, tạo nên một dòng chảy thị giác mềm mại và liền mạch.
Những khối chức năng chính như đảo bếp hay cầu thang đều được xử lý như các “vật thể” độc lập bên trong không gian. Sự hòa quyện giữa bảng màu tươi sáng, chất liệu đá, gỗ tự nhiên cùng ánh sáng dệt nên một bầu không khí nhẹ nhàng và thoáng đãng.
“Signature element” của toàn bộ ngôi nhà này là chiếc thang cong được thiết kế như một khối điêu khắc thay vì chỉ đơn thuần là trục giao thông kết nối các tầng. Toàn bộ phần vách thang được tạo hình từ thép nguyên tấm uốn cong liền mạch, mang lại cảm giác mềm mại và liên tục như một dải lụa đang chuyển động trong không gian. Đường cong được kéo xuyên suốt từ chân thang lên khoảng thông tầng phía trên, tạo cảm giác cấu trúc đang “chảy” trong không gian.
Tiếp nối ngôn ngữ đó, phần đảo bếp được xem như “signature piece” thứ hai của không gian với đá xuyên sáng có độ tương phản mạnh cả về màu sắc lẫn vân đá tự nhiên, tạo điểm nhấn thị giác ngay trung tâm không gian. Ngôn ngữ này tiếp tục được liên kết qua chiếc đèn bàn ăn với tạo hình như những dải kim loại nóng chảy kết hợp chi tiết đá thiên thạch bên trong, giúp toàn bộ khu dining – kitchen có sự đồng điệu về tinh thần và chất liệu thay vì chỉ là những món nội thất được đặt cạnh nhau. Trong khi đó, tổng thể xung quanh vẫn tối giản để cân bằng thị giác, tránh cảm giác nặng nề cho không gian.
Khi thiết kế nội thất cho căn nhà này, đội ngũ APS Concept không chủ đích tạo ra thật nhiều điểm nhấn để gây ấn tượng. Thay vào đó, bài toán được đặt ra là làm thế nào để những chi tiết cầu kỳ vẫn có thể tỏa sáng, hiện diện một cách hài hòa mà không khiến tổng thể trở nên nặng nề hay rối mắt.
Có thể thấy, toàn bộ tầng trệt của ngôi nhà được thiết kế xoay quanh một giá trị rất rõ ràng: Sự 𝒌𝒆̂́𝒕 𝒏𝒐̂́𝒊. Từ phòng khách, khu dining, bếp, cho đến khoảng sân ngoài trời với hồ bơi, ghế thư giãn và những khoảng xanh đan xen, mọi không gian đều được tổ chức để các thành viên có thể nhìn thấy nhau, tương tác và cùng chia sẻ những khoảnh khắc thường nhật.

At HH Villa, the architectural and interior design language is guided by fluid curves, creating a soft and seamless visual flow throughout.
Key functional zones, such as the kitchen island and the staircase, are treated as independent "objects" within the layout. The harmonious blend of a bright color palette, natural stone, and wood—complemented by filtered light—weaves together a light, airy, and expansive atmosphere.
The "signature element" of the entire residence is the curved staircase, envisioned as a sculptural volume rather than a mere structural circulation core. Crafted from a single, seamlessly bent steel plate, the entire staircase wall evokes the soft, continuous motion of a silk ribbon flowing through the air. This curve extends from the base of the stairs all the way up to the double-height void above, creating an illusion that the structure is literally "flowing" within the space.
Echoing this design ethos, the kitchen island serves as the second "signature piece" of the interior. Featuring backlit translucent stone with a high contrast in both color and natural veining, it forms an immediate visual anchor at the heart of the home. This fluid language is further carried over to the dining pendant light, which mimics molten metal bands embedded with meteorite stone details. This ensures that the entire dining-kitchen zone shares a unified spirit and materiality, rather than feeling like individual furniture pieces simply placed next to each other. Meanwhile, the surrounding envelope remains minimalist to maintain visual balance and prevent the space from feeling heavy.
When designing the interior for this villa, the APS Concept team did not intend to create numerous focal points just to impress. Instead, the design challenge was to allow intricate details to shine and coexist harmoniously, without making the overall composition feel cluttered or overwhelming.
Ultimately, the entire ground floor is designed around a single, clear value: "𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚". From the living area, dining room, and kitchen, to the outdoor courtyard featuring the swimming pool, lounge seating, and interwoven greenery—every space is organized to allow family members to see one another, interact easily, and share their everyday moments together.
