can i stare at these forever? yes. do i want to go back? also yes. did i love everyone here this day? yes yes yes

our new member of the family and latest love, mr. gavin morey

aka spud, spud muffin, potato, handsome

a smart boy who loves being outside, being held like a baby, and chomping on everything and following mom and dad everywhere 🐾

the last the 3 slides are when i stepped into gavin’s litter, not knowing which pup would be ours. but there he was gently nibbling on me while his siblings went full baby land sharks

but the very last one was taken this morning. last night, i felt guilty, sad and happy all the same time as we will never not miss charlie. i got a little emotional and told him i wish they could’ve met. this morning, i was training gavin on recall and noticed a big charlie whisker despite the amount of times we’ve cleaned this house. just a little sign to let me know he’s met him and sent him our way ♥️
