Various moods and shades of the color blue have forever orchestrated different levels of emotion and drama. Going back in history where wars were raged for Indigo to blues music in the USA which formed part of the voice of a community fighting oppression.

The current Pandemic too has left a blue feel around us reflecting on my personal aesthetic. It is not always a dark mood, it also reflects calm n inner peace coming from the oceanic blue…

The Blue waters, the Blue skies and the Blue emotions.
In every respect blue has always inspired my design journey. The Blue story comes from deep within.

Laxmi, once know as the acid attack survivor, is now known as just Laxmi, who is a mother, a symbol of courage, hope and love for life.
She is a motivational speaker and a messenger for a lot of social voices.

She was 15 when she was attacked by her stalker with acid. He thought he will kill her dreams. Little did he know that she will bounce back and how. As Laxmi says "Usne acid mere chehre par daala hai, sapnon par nahin" (He threw acid on my face, not on my dreams). Laxmi never stopped dreaming. She never gave up.

Today, she is a synonym of courage and beauty in the globe. Laxmi received a 2014 International Women of Courage award by US First Lady Michelle Obama. She was also chosen as the NDTV Indian of the Year along with many other prestigious awards.
She has been invited by many corporates, schools, colleges and other institutions for motivational talk.

I got the chance to meet her and spent some good time knowing how courageous she is. I wish her all the best for her future endeavours.
