Today's Five on Friday.

I guess I resurrected this last week without too much of an explanation! The "Five on Fridays" was something I started a long time ago. Other people were doing a 365 project--taking and posting one image a day. That was too much for me. Some people did a Project 52--posting one image a week. But that didn't seem like enough! So I decided I would just take pictures--personal or for clients--and then I'd pick my favorite five and post them on Fridays. It's a way to stay creative and gets me to shoot a little something almost every day. I really do hope you enjoy!

This week's Five just scream "Summer!" to me. The flowers, the beach, the gorgeous sunlight.....perfection.....

Going to take more photos of my own kiddos with the big camera this year....one of my goals... even of the ones that don't want me to. Haha! We had to go out and take this one before semi-formal, even though it was cold and super gloomy.

Hi there, and welcome friends--old and new! I want to take a sec to announce the relaunch of Crystal Miel Photography and to introduce myself for those who don't yet know me. Hey. I'm Crystal, of course! :) I was honored to serve the northeast Indiana area for more than 7 years before moving to Muskegon, Michigan almost 4 years ago. Unfortunately, our move coincided with the start of covid shutting everything down. Photography wasn't something that was going to happen for a while. When things got back to normal life was crazy and before I knew it over three years had passed. Talk about time getting away from you! But now, it's time to get back: back to doing what I ❤️, what I am passionate about. I'm excited and cannot wait to get started photographing the beautiful children and families of West Michigan!
