Twenty-plus years ago, before photography, I spent eight years in the builder’s hardware industry working for Home Depot, HD Supply, and Stanley Tools. Wow, that makes me feel aged, but I learn so much from that time, and that world has always stayed with me.
When I transitioned into commercial photography, shooting for a brand in that space has always been a goal.
Add my (slightly obsessive) pandemic cooking phase, with Food Network in heavy rotation. This project felt like two worlds colliding in the best way.
Working with one of the biggest Food Network stars, , and an iconic tool-and-appliance brand, , and seeing it come to life during the Super Bowl, made it a special experience.
Droga5 brought an epic concept to the table, and the early sneak peek had the internet buzzing. The scope was ambitious, and it required real collaboration across teams to deliver.

Proud of this one. Bucket list type of shoot.
Full-circle moment: a friend from my hardware days 20+ years (he’s now a VP) sent me a picture of him and several members of the Bosch team at the Super Bowl.
