I am excited to offer sessions to the disability community in honour of Disability Pride Month! Location is Stratford. Other local spots available within one hour of Stratford and must be wheelchair accessible. Travel charges are additional.

My last person to introduce in honour of Disability Pride Month is the girlfriend of a friend of mine.
I approached Lisa in hopes her gf might be interested in a photo shoot with me as it would be my first using my wheelchair to do a photoshoot.

Candice Combdon is a para-athlete and competed in wheelchair tennis. While she no longer plays tennis competitively, Candice is a fitness advisor as well as a motivational speaker. Born with Spina Bifida, Candice elected to have her right leg amputated at age 30 due to complications from her condition.
Her journey is a testament to resilience and the power of adaptive fitness.

Let me introduce you to someone who's name you should remember.
Julie Sawchuk became disabled after being hit by a car while training for a triathlon in 2015.
She has since learned not only how to live her life as a full time wheelchair user but started her own business Sawchuk Accessible Solutions.

I had the pleasure of meeting Julie in person (after following her on social media since 2023) during National Accessibility Week this year. I learned a lot from her presentation and it has definitely opened my eyes to our world in need of better accessibility.

In her spare time Julie rides her hand bike along portions of the G2G trail that runs from Goderich to Guelph (132 km) and enjoys organic vegetable gardening in raised beds.

Meet Raven, a Butch le***an who has been diagnosed with a variety of mental disorders in response to experiencing childhood trauma.
Raven is an open book with her fight in hopes that her words, should you be fortunate enough to sit down with her over coffee help you understand someone like her. She is in tune with her emotional struggles. Her dog Sam, a rescue from Texas, keeps Raven grounded and is an immense source of joy.
