San Francisco Peaks on a starry winter night- 2017

This art piece is based on the many runs I have done over the years in high mountain snows of Flagstaff, Arizona (yes, I run at night in all kinds of weather 😉

I rarely offer or sell this print. So for the next few day I am putting it up until 25 are sold and then I am closing it out.
I put out a few emails as well. Typically this one sells quick.

I'm not into money and really don't care to sell mass amounts of my art. So if you want a high definition metal print of this particular art piece let me know quick.

She our very own American wild canine. Like no other. Full of play/ tenderness/ family oriented to a flaw. unmatched hunter of small game/ eater of fruits and berries. Maker of beautiful songs. And possessor of extreme intelligence.

Yet tragically every year 400,000 thousand members of coyote's family are murdered and killed in cold blood. By federal government aerial shootings and traps/ and then to make it worse slaughter and killed in nation/ public wide killing contest.

My art denotes coyotes intense suffering and extreme resilience over the last 300 years. A combat veteran by all standards. She is hunted and shot down in her own home. And with no means to fight back whatsoever.

Please reach out and understand coyote's real life and embrace her for what she is as one of our very last surviving idignious predators.

I think one of the things we like to do at our studios with the art. . is bring in the deeper Otherworldly manifest into being. That is the picture or painting becomes a portal to other possibilities beyond the 9-5 everyday reality. That the things within the space of the picture frame can changes with the mood and feel/ needs of the viewer. .in that way the art belong more to them than to us.- Sarah
