Doing Awesome Things with Awesome People - Episode 73
Honestly… Michelle and Bret’s wedding day could not have been more perfect! The couple and their bridal party were super fun, friend, and so easy to work with. Not only did we create a lot of amazing photographs with them, we shared a lot of laughs while doing it too. On top of that, the weather was gorgeous and the temps were amazing for getting around Downtown Detroit and creating photographs. Their day started with prep at the Marriott Detroit. After spending time along the riverfront, we headed towards Downtown Detroit explore and create at several different locations. Joined by their family and friends, they held their wedding ceremony and reception at the unique Whisky Factory in Detroit. The Whisky Factory has so much character and was such an amazing space to work in. To cap off their wonderful day, we got to go on the roof at sunset to capture the couple with the Detroit skyline. Congratulations again to Michelle and Bret!!!

Wow… this review from a recent wedding left me speechless. I’ll never get tired of saying it, I love my job and really enjoy serving and working with others during such a special time in their lives! Thank you Nicole and Tyler for your incredibly kind words!

Sneak peeks are live from Nicole and Tyler’s amazing Detroit wedding day! The day was so much fun to be a part of as we moved to many beautiful locations through the city. Despite almost getting drenched in a storm, we had a blast all over town!

Sneak Peek Alert - I recently had the pleasure to photograph Nicole and Anthony's beautiful wedding day! Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they had a beautiful winter setting for their special day at the Royal Park Hotel. The bridal party was a fun group to work with and they were all super awesome about heading outside in the cold temps to take some beautiful photographs in the snow setting. After that, we headed inside to warm up and have their wedding ceremony in the always amazing Royal Park Conservatory! After the ceremony and dinner, Nicole and Anthony made the most of the night and danced the night away! Congratulations again to Nicole and Anthony!

Sneak Peek Alert – What do you get when you combine ten pumpkins, a poodle, Halloween candy, sunshine, fall colors, and Halloween sweaters? You get a super fun session with lots of laughs and smiles with Theresa and Brad! In between all the fun photographs, we had lots of jokes and laughs. Sneak Peek Alert - I recently had the pleasure to photograph Krissy and Matt’s awesome wedding day. I love how personal they made their wedding photography! They met at Oakland University. They enjoy playing disc golf. They love getting ice cream at Twist ‘N Dip. We worked together to develop a plan to incorporate all these (and more) into their wedding day. I’ve always believed, the more you can incorporate your story into your photographs, the more valuable they are and become as time goes on. The weather was amazing for picture perfect photographs with wonderful fall temps and gorgeous sunshine. It was the perfect day for their outdoor ceremony and time in the park. Oh, and lastly, always remember that “Ice Cream Solves Everything.” Congratulations again to Krissy and Matt!
