Which I still call home today! While growing up I drove my Mom crazy with my ideas. I never wanted curtains but beads hanging in front of my windows. I wanted the inside of my cupboard doors filled with colour so I coloured them in. I would always draw on my bedroom walls. Once I took my Dad’s Asia record and drew the dragon on my wall (age 12) and later on I painted a fairy that took up the entir
e wall (age 16). Growing up I was very “out there” and would always express myself creatively. After high school I went and studied Jewellery design and manufacture. (Yes, I am a qualified Goldsmith with a diploma) This further sparked my interest in art and culture. I love learning and meeting new people. This world is interesting and you need to experience it. Today, I am a very proud Mommy of two gorgeous boys. I am still considered “mad” by some but will continue doing what I love doing! PHOTOGRAPHY
Before photography I fell in love with photoshop. Photoshop taught me about pictures (quality, size and appeal). I then wanted to create my own pictures. That is when I decided to start photography. So I got a camera and took a beginners course on how the camera worked. No point in having a device with all these functions and all you use is auto. Initially it was just a hobby until clients wanted to commission me for my art. I grabbed the opportunity with both hands. I have learnt so much since then and have grown as a person. Taking photos is not just a picture its a moment you can never get back.
