I really REALLY enjoy personal branding shoots. Theyā€™re a chance to get creative, for collaboration and most importantly, connection. Iā€™ve yet to do a shoot like this where I havenā€™t thoroughly enjoyed meeting and getting to know the person Iā€™m working with. So many of my friendships have begun like this. From slide 3 ā€¦ I didnā€™t realize Ellie was taking photos using my phone during her cousinā€™s session. All Iā€™ve done is make them black and white - I didnā€™t crop or anything. These are her compositions. So gorgeous! Gaelyn Cokayne

POP UP STUDIO - 15 August 2026

My purpose is to create imagery that reveals the true essence of your family - the fleeting glances, the quiet gestures, and the unspoken connection that exists between you. The mischievous sparkle in your childrenā€™s eyes, the tenderness in a motherā€™s gaze, the strength and reassurance in a fatherā€™s touch, and the whispered words that only little ears are meant to hear.

Iā€™m back from a whirlwind 3 weeks.

School finished, husband went over seas for work, child broke arm, stopped for X-rays and cast on way to Berg with in-laws, husband met us there, wonderful time, drove home and packed new bags, next day said a teary goodbye to kids and left for UK. Shot a wedding in Oxford, then spent 4 nights with husband in Edinburgh, returned to London for birthday with twin sister, partied and flew home following day. Happy reunion with kids, school started the next day - ballet, swimming, contemporary. Everyone emotional and in tears by bed time!

BUT - soooo many wonderful WONDERFUL moments among the chaos. My heart is so incredibly full and Iā€™m so grateful to my family who kept my kids happy and safe while I was gone, to my sister who hosted us in the UK, to the couple who hired me for the wedding, to my husband for a wonderful holiday.

Iā€™ve got loooots of catching up to do - but Iā€™m on it. šŸ’ŖšŸ½
