June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and I want to speak from the heart.

For most of my life, I battled with ADHD and everything that came with it.

The overthinking.
The lack of focus.
The frustration.
The pressure of trying to keep it together when your mind feels like it’s running in a hundred directions.

But over time, I realised something powerful.

There is strength in speaking up.

As men, especially men in business, we carry this silent pressure to always show up, always lead, always smile, and always have the answers.

But even the strongest men need a moment.
A coffee.
A fishing trip.
A conversation.
A reminder that life is bigger than stress.

Sometimes it’s the friend who jokes the most who just wants to be heard.

So to my broskis, brothers, fathers, chinas, and every man out there: check in on each other.

Say, “Bro, if you need a few minutes, I’m here.”

And if you ever need those few minutes from me, I’ll make myself available.
