This little Joburg baby really did love the beach! Nothing quite like a Cape Town evening filled with sandy toes, salty splashes and lots of giggles.

The Gottliebs were such a sweet family - all looking their best in blue - and such a gorgeous evening at Queen’s Beach! Blue skies, golden light on the rocks and those magical shallow tidal pools. The perfect backdrop for family photos ✨ Summer beach shoot slots are filling up fast!

Lovely family visiting Cape Town as part of a larger trip throughout Africa. Was so special to be able to show off Cape Town's beauty and to be able to capture this moment in time for them. Their busy boys loved the beach and didn't stop running for one second! Was a beautiful evening on Camps Bay Beach.

The Sales family had a gorgeous day in the park recently. I would never have said this shoot was in the middle of winter! They were gifted this by friends in honour of a 50th birthday.

The lovely Knebel family who were visiting from Bad Berleberg in Germany recently. Between our schedules there was only 1 night we could shoot - and it was freezing but we they determined to have a shoot! In the end they loved the beach and were so happy with their photos. It was worth braving the Clifton steps!

After being offline for a few months due to traveling, work and shooting - II am now back and excited to share some recent shoots. This was such a fun one - traveling back to the 80s to everyone's prom! A really great 50th with the lovely Bacher family.

This cutie pie was not bothered by the cold, the clouds, the crazy high tide, the foam or the blue bottles! He was living his best life on the beach. Such a fun shoot with these 3!

I love it when clients are not scared by clouds and cold weather and trust me to go ahead with their beach shoots - just like the Millers did 3 weeks ago. Sometimes we only have 1 night and that's our only option.

For this shoot it was cold, not much sunset, Queens beach tide had reach the back wall (!!) ie the entire beach, it had receded a bit and left us a beach full of foam and blue bottles! But we made the most of it and I love how these photos turned out. And the absolute smiliest baby who LOVED the beach and the sea!
