I met Dom through a mutual friend, chef Blaine Coetzer, who is the head chef at Tannin and someone I’ve worked with in previous years. It felt like one of those very natural connections, and things really just flowed from there.

Besides photography, Tannin is also one of my social media clients, and honestly, it’s been a blast working with them from the beginning and getting to know their team. The space itself is incredible. Three floors, so much thought and planning behind every detail, and a feeling that you notice the moment you walk in.

And then there’s the wine. The list is extensive without feeling overwhelming, and you can really see the care behind it. Dom and Lisa have put something really special together, and what stands out most to me is how intentionally they build and look after their relationships with suppliers and people in the industry. It shows in every part of the space and the experience.
