As the sun slowly slips beneath the horizon, nature softens into golden light—quietly embracing the trees, mountains, water, and earth with a gentle warmth.

July has been a big month this year, one filled with love, sadness, courage, and a rollercoaster of emotions. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We lost a great man—a husband, a father, a friend, and someone deeply loved.

Through the heartbreak, I’ve found comfort in the stillness of nature, in familiar places, and in the memories that remain.

Three lion-hearted women, one unbreakable bond. ❤️ Through rough times, scary moments, beautiful celebrations and belly laughs that felt like six sessions at the gym, we have stood together through it all. My mother, my sister, my life. We have moulded a family built on honesty, realness and a love that doesn’t need explaining. We’ve faced humps, bumps, tumbles and storms, yet somehow, we always find our way back to each other. Times may be hard right now, but we remain stronger than ever. I’m endlessly grateful for these incredible women who are my home, my heart and my forever. 🦁✨

Being a bird lover, my recent trip to the Okavango Delta in northern Botswana was an absolute dream. 🐦🌿📸

This extraordinary wetland, fed by seasonal floodwaters, creates a rich mosaic of lagoons, channels, islands and lush grasslands — the perfect habitat for an incredible variety of birdlife.

From colourful kingfishers and bee-eaters to majestic fish eagles, herons and rare species, there was always something fascinating to spot. I was fortunate enough to spend time photographing these beautiful creatures in their natural environment.

In the soft, golden light of early morning, a delicate spiderweb glistens among the grasses of the Okavango Delta, each thread catching the dawn like tiny strands of silver. It’s remarkable to think of the patience, precision and instinct behind every single line the spider spins. Nature creates with an elegance and intelligence that never ceases to amaze me. I truly believe we have so much to learn from the natural world—if only we slow down enough to observe it. In moments like this, even the smallest creature becomes a teacher, reminding us that beauty, purpose and resilience are everywhere. 🕷️🌅✨

Thailand has a little piece of my heart. 🇹🇭 From the moment I arrive, I’m captivated by its vibrant energy, warm smiles, incredible food, and breathtaking landscapes. 🌴

I love wandering through bustling markets, soaking up the colours and culture, discovering hidden corners, and escaping to those picture-perfect beaches where the turquoise water seems endless.

There’s something about Thailand that makes me feel completely alive — relaxed, curious, and always ready for the next adventure. 🌺

Every visit leaves me with unforgettable memories and a longing to return. Thailand isn’t just a destination for me; it’s a feeling I carry home.
