Think Twice Before Buying from Bloomsbury Investment Cars – Read This First!
If you are considering buying a motorcycle from Bloomsbury, I strongly urge you to do thorough research before making a decision. I, along with multiple other customers, have experienced serious issues with motorcycles purchased from this dealer. These issues include undisclosed defects, refusal to refund, poor customer service.
Many of us have taken our complaints to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA) and the National Consumer Commission (NCC), but our cases have been dismissed without proper resolution. This has been a pattern since at least 2020, affecting multiple buyers.
