On Saturday the 23rd July I was privileged to capture Mark Anley's Birthday Wish at the Slug and Lettuce - River Club. It was an amazing event to raise awareness for our furry animals. They managed to raise close to almost 1.5 TONNES toward these amazing charities.
Danny K supported this initiative and flew down to Cape Town to support Mark! He sang the amazing song from his SHOUT campaign "Your The Voice" and man it was hair raising, thank you Danny for getting the crowd going, I never sang so loud in a crowd in all my life while trying to capture it all.
I also met the AMAZING Larry Soffer who totally blew everyone away with his roaming acts..he bent spoons, coins, flipped glasses, changed the time on peoples watches, and read people's minds!! ...Wow...you truly are fabulous!! I will definitely recommend Larry for any event!!
Amongst the other celebs that attended was the beautiful Morgan Deane, The funky and cool Jeremy de Tolly who is the Lead Singer from THE DIRTY SKIRTS, Braam Malherbe - Extreme Conservationist who opened all our eyes to see how we humans truly destroy our beautiful earth, and the fun Patrick Cromwell whom recognises really Awesome South Africans.
