Statement from the Owner of NTEE Photography
I am aware of the recent social media posts circulating regarding scamming, deposits, outstanding payments and/or fees paid to NTEE Photography, and therefore I want to address this matter directly.
Over the past period, I have made concerted efforts to refund clients where services could not be fulfilled. In doing so, the business has unfortunately incurred further debt while trying to repay people. (Communication of business account being frozen has been Communicated)
As things currently stand, there is no immediate financial means available to repay the remaining outstanding amounts. I am actively working toward a solution and will continue to do so as circumstances allow.
I understand the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused, and I sincerely apologise to everyone affected. If any clients are unable to wait while I work toward a resolution, they are welcome to begin the process through Small Claims Court should they feel that is the best option for them.
The continous threats and posts have also been reported, as communication has been sent out to those involved.
On this note , those posting please do some research on the POPI ACT law.
Outstanding packages are being worked on and will be sent out , ASAP , this is due to over load and technical difficulties 🙏🏼.

All booked shoots are still active, however we are not taking on any new bookings.
