Nail your exposure every Time
How can you get a correct exposure in any light condition?
Well the real answer is that you need to have a way of understanding the light that you are trying to capture.
The ways in which you can achieve this are:
1. Your Cameras Light meter – This is works well in most situations but does require knowing how best to set the exposure mode for the light you wish to capture and where to point the camera.
2. Check the image histogram by taking a test shot and then adjust if necessary.
3. Using a neutral tone exposure meter reading to get details and adjusting it manually for the exposure you want.
Extra Tips:
• Use the Highlight blinking indicator to see if you need to adjust for highlights.
• If you have minor adjustments to make do so with exposure compensation.
• Using manual exposure will soon make your setting guestimates more accurate.

Brighten up your Photographs
Do you want to punch up colours in your photographs? Lab colour a little used but amazing colour space in Photoshop is a good way to go about it.
Take a look at the images below where the original is a little dull and grey but editing it with Lab in the way I describe on My Website can brighten up the colours to eye-catching hues. The photographs I show are a little over-emphasized for effect. See the difference in the images below
