✨THE COLOUR OF CELEBRATION ✨

A celebration of the people behind the celebrations 💐

For one extraordinary evening, the city’s celebration makers came together under one roof as SA Weddings and Rooftop on Bree welcomed the very best of Cape Town’s wedding industry for The Colour of Celebration 🌺

And Cape Town came dressed for the occasion 💃🏽

Colour in every corner. Creativity without restraint & some of the city’s finest creative minds, given the freedom to show us what’s possible. 🪄

From the staircase to the ceiling, the balcony to the dance floor, every part of Rooftop took on a new life. Installations appeared overhead. Bars became experiences. Food became theatre. Live music moved through the venue. Cocktails were poured, portraits were drawn, cameras flashed & somewhere along the way, an industry showcase became one hell of a party! 🪩🕺🏽🥂

For us, nights like this are a reminder of exactly what Rooftop on Bree was created for.

A beautiful space is only the beginning… It’s what happens when the right people fill it. When ambitious ideas are met with a team that knows how to execute them. When service feels instinctive, the transitions feel effortless, and guests never need to know how much is happening behind the scenes.

Another evening, another transformation above the city. ✨

We recently had the pleasure of hosting RMS Middle East as colleagues, graduates, and award recipients gathered to mark achievements, recognise excellence, and celebrate the people behind it all.

From the first arrival to the final toast, the evening was a reminder that some of the most memorable events are built around the moments shared between them. 🥂

Whether it’s a conference, awards evening, brand launch, or private celebration, the rooftop continues to evolve with every event that moves through it.

Summer Season 25’ ☀️

From August through May, Rooftop played host to weddings, brand launches, year-end functions, conferences, private celebrations, long-table dinners, packed dance floors, and some of Cape Town’s most exciting brands, creatives, couples, and events. 🔥

No two events ever looked the same & that’s the beauty of a space designed to let imagination run wild. ✨

Some events took months of planning.
Some transformed the rooftop overnight.
Some weeks barely slowed down at all.

November and December alone brought 57 events in 61 days.
And somehow, every event still found its own rhythm.

To every couple, client, planner, creative partner, supplier, guest, & our incredible team behind it all who delivered every event with consistency, care, and energy… thank you. 🖤

230+ events in one season later & we’re still inspired by what this rooftop can become 🪄
