The start to 2023
In 2021, I had a really bad lower back injury that landed me in the hospital.The trauma Dr just pushed meds & rest.
Well, after numerous visits to the hospital & the chiro, I am still in recovery.
This chronic lower back pain has really debilitated certain aspects of my life. I have kind of become a bit depressed as I can't do all the fun activities that I used to do.
In 2022, I decided to give Pilates a try & this has definitely reduced the pain more than anything else. I then proceeded to give some group training a go. I really enjoyed it but I pushed myself too fast too quick & ended up injuring myself again.
So last month, after loads of research, I am now at the gym, mixed with some pilates & focusing on strengthening my body.
