The Old Biscuit Mill is just that- an old biscuit mill in Woodstock, Cape Town that was converted for commercial use as a boutique shopping centre. The complex has probably contributed in some way to urban regeneration in this part of Cape Town. The market held on a Satutrday is a vibey place to visit and explore.
