I’ve been quietly building something, and it’s finally ready to share.

Hidden Palette started as an exploration of colours hidden beneath the surface — colours already present in the image, but not immediately seen. Through photography and editing, I began searching for those quiet tones and bringing them into the light.

Over time, the work became about more than flowers. It became a reflection of the hidden colours within us too — the beauty, strength, tenderness and stories that often wait for the right light to be revealed.

I’d love to invite you to come and see the collection in person at my featured exhibition at Noordhoek Art Point.

Earlier this year, I had the privilege to take some photos at Pivot Press in Ottery to celebrate the 70th work anniversary of Theo Terlien. Theo walked me through the printing workshop sharing his vast experience with me while I took photos. This amazing place still uses old printing machines and traditional ways of printing while combining them with modern technology. The results are of the highest quality. What a gem! And these printing machines are just beautiful.
