A rare African wild dog sighting in the Kruger National Park! We first found two wild dogs calling from the road as they tried to locate the rest of their pack. Later, further down the road, we were lucky enough to find the others.

Unlike warthogs, bushpigs are mostly nocturnal and incredibly shy, making daytime sightings a real treat. They spend much of their time hidden in dense vegetation, emerging to forage for roots, fruit, bulbs, insects, and other natural food sources under the cover of darkness.
