Through Norma’s Eyes This is a page that is dedicated to my passion for photography.

I have only been taken pictures for about a year now although I have had a passion for it all my life. The Kalahari is where I charge all my equipment, where I call home for the time being, however I love traveling South Africa as well as exploring great new places. My goal with this page is to shear my amazing memories with as many people as I cna before my time here comes to an end.

Golden Hour….

Being able to spend the afternoon with this cheetah as the sun was setting with no one else around I got to spend almost an hour with them feeding on a impala kill, perfectly timed with the setting sun and change of colours, reminding me to stop and take in the amazing setting I get to call work.

This is a throwback to 2018 where I got the amazing opportunity to join some of my guest for an afternoon game drive. We set out all excited to see what the Kalahari Desert had to offer.
After a very big rain shower in the left us sopping wet, slipping and sliding down the two track we were all still keen to see what was out there. The guide and tracker were able to locate on the beautiful Kalahari Black-maned Lion and what a stunner he is.
