On Friday, I had the privilege of assisting at Howick Preparatory School’s annual Grandparents Day for the Grade R to Grade 3 learners — and what a beautiful reminder of how important photographs truly are.

From tiny hands holding wrinkled ones, to proud smiles, warm hugs, and stories shared under the trees… these are the memories families will treasure long after the day is over.

As photographers, we are not just taking pictures.
