Together we run a world-class photography and film studio, offering a personalised and boutique experience for our clients from all over the world. What started as a serious hobby in 2005 turned into a full-time passion and profession in late 2008, when we started Rieg & AD (RRAD) Photography in Jeffreys Bay, SA. That being said both our histories with photography & videography dates back to the 80 & the ’90s - Rieg actually filmed his first wedding in 1993. We primarily focus on weddings, portraiture, family, and bo***ir photography, with Rieg also being a fully licensed commercial drone pilot. We both studied part-time at The College of Digital Photography in Pretoria and Rieg also attended the prestigious Wildlife Film Academy in 2009. Career highlights include being a Speaker on DSLR video at the 2011 National Photo & Film EXPO as well as one of only a handful of Speakers at the recent 2020 Networking Conference on ‘restarting' the Wedding Industry in Africa and abroad. In late 2009 we hosted our first photography training course and over the years assisted many an amateur and even a few professionals to better their craft through various courses, workshops & coaching sessions. During the COVID-19 lockdown, we started a new YouTube show, called the Rieg & AD Wedding Show and we invite anyone who wants to get to know us better to watch a few episodes.
