As runners prepare for the shake-out run ahead of the , here’s a look into last year’s energy.
Our videography for Nike South Africa focused on translating the feeling of the shake run into motion. The pre-run joy, the rhythm of feet hitting the road, and the natural, unscripted moments between runners finding their pace together.
We leaned into movement and atmosphere; tracking shots through the pack, handheld moments that keep it raw and immersive, and those in-between exchanges that make the community feel real. It wasn’t just about documenting a warm-up run, but about capturing the tone of what was to come.
As this year’s shake run approaches, we’re ready to step back in. Cameras up, eyes open, and energy focused!
