It’s officially that time of the year again!
As runners prepare for the shake-out run ahead of the , here’s a look into last year’s energy.

Our videography for Nike South Africa focused on translating the feeling of the shake run into motion. The pre-run joy, the rhythm of feet hitting the road, and the natural, unscripted moments between runners finding their pace together.

We leaned into movement and atmosphere; tracking shots through the pack, handheld moments that keep it raw and immersive, and those in-between exchanges that make the community feel real. It wasn’t just about documenting a warm-up run, but about capturing the tone of what was to come.

As this year’s shake run approaches, we’re ready to step back in. Cameras up, eyes open, and energy focused!

As we continue our countdown to this year’s Two Oceans Marathon, we’re revisiting last year’s race, this time through still frames that capture what words often can’t.

Our photography work for Nike South Africa was all about freezing the fleeting; the grit in every expression, the blur of motion on the route, and the pure emotion at the finish line. Each image was crafted to hold a moment that would otherwise pass in seconds.

Beyond race day, the story extended across every touchpoint, the vibrant energy of the expo, the community spirit at the pre-race shake-out runs and cheer zone, and the electric atmosphere of the after party where every achievement was celebrated.

This collection is a reflection of detail, timing, and instinct. Finding meaning in movement. As we gear up and begin the festivities for this year, we’re ready to capture it all again!

As the festivities for the commence, we look back at last year’s race where every frame was about capturing more than just the run.

To capture Nike South Africa’s vision, our focus was on telling real stories in motion; from the focused morning moments to the raw emotion out on the route, and the triumph waiting at the finish line. Every shot was intentional; chasing light, tracking movement, and finding those in-between moments that truly define the race.

But the story went far beyond race day. From the buzz of the expo, to the community-driven pre-race shakeout runs, and the high-energy after party celebrating every finish, we captured the full spectrum of what makes the Two Oceans Marathon with Nike such a powerful experience.

This recap reflects the craft behind the chaos. The handheld energy, cinematic pacing, and a deep focus on the runners, the crowd, and the culture surrounding the event.

Starting and ending at the Goodman Gallery, this last run carried a distinct sense of arrival. Our photography from the night focuses on the contrasts; eager moments before the start, the density of the runners in motion, and the atmosphere as everything came together at the finish in celebration.

With a focus on composition, light, and timing, we aimed to create a set of images that reflect both the pace of the run and the feeling of the final chapter of Run Jozi 2024.

For the LAYS United 11 campaign, our team engineered a series of high-impact hype pieces designed to spark engagement and drive fans toward their shot at winning 1 of 5 double tickets to the Champions League Final in Istanbul.

What looked effortless on screen was powered by serious craft behind the scenes. Our team carefully engineered each setup, fine-tuned the angles, and worked frame-by-frame in post production to make sure every strike from Minnie Dlamini hit the target with that perfect blend of surprise and satisfaction.
