Oh wow—we just realized we haven’t posted since South Africa! Poor Instagram, completely abandoned. Just wanted to pop in and say hello. We’re still in the middle of refitting our boat (yes, still), but all is well and hopefully she’ll be back in the water soon. Thanks for sticking around—we’ve got lots to share once we’re sailing again!

Beware of the crocodiles 😄🐊 but seriously lady in the hotel said she didn’t see any here - all she saw was a giant hippo and they are very aggressive - she said don’t be afraid of crocs. Only HIPPOS 😂 TIA - THIS IS AFRICA!

P.S. also fun fact - remember Pumba from Lion King cartoon? Guess what it’s an actual real nickname of this animal here AND they do run with a tail up just like in the cartoon (I thought they made it up) — HILARIOUS!!!!
