Medical thought:

Shrek, the DreamWorks character, was inspired by a wrestler who suffered Acromegaly. Maurice Tillet was diagnosed with the hormonal disorder at the age of 17. The disorder is characterized by the inappropriate increased growth of bone in the hands, feet and jaw, most noticeably.

These are some of the realisations that make studying a health science degree so exciting and also depict how connected everything can be.

Hometime p1. Welcome to the new format of Hometime.

Hometime began as a way to capture different parts of Medical School (on my walks exiting the campus). The size of the campus is quite limiting in locations to take photos of. This not only challenged my ability in photography but encouraged thinking outside the box.

All the photo were taken on my phone with a filter or two provided by Instagram and some creators of different filters. I hope you stay for this new format and be sure to let me know your thoughts, tell me if you recognize where the image was taken or anything else you feel like commenting.
