This is my own dog, Sirius. He was rescued off the streets of Johannesburg when he was only a few weeks old. At the time he was severely traumatized and ill. His physical health returned fairly quickly with a lot of TLC and good food, but he still finds the world a very scary place. We are working hard at teaching him that it’s all OK, so I was surprised when he volunteered his modelling services last week and outshone my girls who have been used to the studio for years.
