Cats rule Turkey. The are all over and in my mind the unofficial mascots of this beautiful country. The cats are almost all strays but they are well looked after the general public and shop owners. Roof Mezze 360 is a rooftop restaurant in Sirkeci, Istanbul where you can enjoy panoramic views of Istanbul.
