12th – 14th June 2026

Join us for our 2nd Photography Weekend for 2026 — including Astrophotography!

Escape the city lights and experience some of the darkest skies, incredible Milky Way views, star trails, nightscapes, campfires, and peaceful Karoo-style camping under the stars. Let’s capture the splendour of the night sky together.

CAMPING ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE
(Self-catering accommodation is SOLD OUT)

CAMPING FROM:
• Adults: R180 pppn
• Children under 12: R90 pppn
• Children under 5: FREE

Firewood available from R50 per feedbag
Facilities include:
• Gas geysers
• Flush toilets
• Main camp with electricity
• 6 private secluded campsites
• Shared ablutions
• No visibility between campsites

Equipment Requirements:
• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera
• Tripod
• Remote/Cable Release (helpful but not essential)
• Headlamp or small torch

Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn astrophotography or an experienced photographer chasing the Milky Way, this weekend promises unforgettable skies, incredible company, and plenty of photographic opportunities.

We only charge for the accommodation – You supply all your own food!

Own tent, camp chairs, food and cooking gear to be taken. Should you require transportation and a serviced weekend please let Stof-fel know and this can be arranged at an additional cost.
