Behind the scenes of the shoot for the May edition of
Beautiful food, carefully created recipes, thoughtful styling, and all the details that happen before the final image is made. These are the moments I love - the adjusting, the choosing of textures and colours, lighting - all the decisions that bring a dish to life.
Such a privilege to photograph food for a magazine with such a beautiful legacy.
