Some family sessions leave a little piece of themselves behind with you.

This beautiful Forest Mini Session at Lynnwood Pine Forest was one of those.

Two busy little boys, endless laughter, tiny hands reaching for mom and dad, running between the trees, cuddles, giggles, and so much love.

The truth is, family photography isn't really about getting everyone to smile at the camera.

It's about capturing who you are together in this season.

Because one day those little boys won't be quite so little anymore.

The shoes will get bigger.
The hugs will get tighter.
The voices will get deeper.

And these photographs will become a reminder of exactly how it felt when they were 3 and 5 years old.

Sessions like this are why I love what I do so much. 🤍

This is the part of the wedding day where everyone can finally relax and simply enjoy being together.

Family members who may not have been in the same place for years.
Friends celebrating a love story they've witnessed from the beginning.
And a newly married couple getting a quiet moment to soak it all in.

These family photographs and couple portraits will become more valuable with every passing year.

Because long after the flowers are gone and the cake has been eaten, these images remain.

This week's Coffee Shop Minis at Anja's Sereni-Tea Garden reminded me that personal branding isn't about becoming someone you're not.

It's about showing people who you already are.

Riekie is naturally quieter and more introverted, yet she's choosing to put herself out there, build her presence, and step into new opportunities.

Erika brings energy wherever she goes. After making her mark in the corporate world, she's now helping others create a path of their own and pursue something different.

Different stories.
Different strengths.
Different personalities.

And that's exactly what makes personal branding so powerful.

You don't need to be the loudest person in the room to build a brand people trust.

You just need to be authentically you.
