When booking an appointment with N.D Co Photography, 50% Non refundable deposit is payable upon booking date. If a session is bookend and paid for, and the client wants to cancel, there will be no refund, instead a voucher will be issued for the total amount that needs to be used within a 3 month period. Natalie Coetzee Photography has automatically
permissions to to use your images on social networks for promotional reasons, accept for bo***ir sessions where the client has the right to ask for their images to be held private, unless permission is given to Natalie Coetzee Photography to use the images on social networks. When the final images are delivered (This does not include the Raw images) within +-15 working days (Weddings NOT included in this duration) , the images may not be cropped or over edited as the images is the property of Natalie Coetzee Photography If the images are edited or cropped it can be used for the client's personal use, and not on social media networks. Working hours are strictly for Monday to Saturday 8-5. Sundays is my family day and my services will be closed. Please take note that NO UNEDITED photos will be given, ONLY EDITED IMAGES will delivered. Vouchers is only valid for 3 months, if booking is not made within that time, the voucher will automatically expired. Black and white images cannot be re-Edited .
